Tires may be substituted with comparable brand names in instances where the requested size is not available for the requested brand name. We will gladly replace any products, which clearly does not match up with customer's vehicle because of application discrepancy. Refunds will be given if there is no application available for said vehicle. bbt customs & xtreme autoworks LLC will assume responsibility for return shipping only in instances where a mistake was clearly made by us. bbt customs & xtreme autoworks LLC will "not" assume return shipping cost for replacing defective items where the defect is not clearly apparent and would not be noticed during our pre-shipping inspection process, I.E., electrical defects, leaking tail lights, internal damages, inproper vehicle fitment, to include but not limited to all drop-shipments from the manufacturer's warehouse. **Important Note: The customer is solely responsible for inspecting all truck freight items to include but not limited to body kits, hoods, wheels, ground effects, and all other items shipped by truck. If damage is apparent, do not accept shipment. Inform the driver that the shipment is damaged and notify us immediately. There is 30% restocking fee on returns where the customer has changed their mind and the return is not connected with any defect or mistake made by bbt customs & xtreme autoworks LLC.
