DC Sports Cat-Back Exhaust was designed with a few strict design parameters in mind.
First, it had to make power. DC Sports did this by using Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel tubing with a straight through design.
Second, it needed to meet the federal requirement for noise emissions and have a nice sporty exhaust note.
They achieved this by using a resonator before the muffler, similar to the stock exhaust and a straight through muffler packed with Stainless Steel Wool and Fiberglass. Third, it had to be durable and with an Aggressive Look.
That's why DC Sports uses Polished Stainless Steel thoughout the exhaust Right Down to the 4" stainless steel tip.
