All of our fiberglass products are produced by its respective manufacturer and shipped directly to our customers. Exception: special shipments of products liquidated from our retail showroom.
These products include body kits, hoods (fiberglass & carbon fiber), custom wings, fenders, and any other fiberglass products we sell.
To ensure the manufacturer can positively replace any items damaged by the shipping company, it is imperative, before accepting any shipment, you carefully inspect all items for damage.
Do not accept any shipment with damaged items. This will ensure the manufacturer shipping the product remains responsible for filing claims of damage with the shipping company.
What this means is that the manufacturer will replace the item(s) free of charge, usually right away, and take it upon themselves to pursue damage claims with the shipping company.
In the case of your item(s) being damaged upon arrival, kindly do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately by calling 1-888-993-6646.
If your item(s) were left at the delivery destination without anyone signing for them, then inspect the item(s) as soon as possible and contact us immediately if any damages are noted... we will contact the manufacturer, who will in turn require the shipping company to pick up the item(s) for damage claims.
****IMPORTANT**** IF YOU ACCEPT THE ITEM(S) BY SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT OR BILL OF LADEN, AND THE ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED, IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE DAMAGE CLAIMS WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IN THIS INSTANCE REIMBURSMENT FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT MUST BE FUNDED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY TO THE CUSTOMER.
